Room cancellations are valid only if made in writing. Rescheduling a booked stay is considered a cancellation.

• 30 to 7 days before the arrival date: 90% of the package price
• 7 days or less before the arrival date: 100% of the package price
• In case of no-show or early departure: 100% of the package price

With the exception of these cancellation policies, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply at the Adler Inn.

Our tip: To ensure you can look forward to your vacation with peace of mind, we recommend purchasing travel insurance.

The rates listed are per person and day, or per person and stay in the case of package deals. All services and taxes specified for the season are included, except for the visitor’s tax.

The information in this price list is up to date and replaces all previous publications. Programmes and services may be modified due to weather/time of year, or cancelled without replacement. Prices, exchange rates, and dates may be subject to change, errors, and misprints.

Outside of peak season, our rooms and suites can also be booked for single occupancy, subject to a corresponding single room supplement. This surcharge usually amounts to 50% of the normal rate.

The tourist tax of 2,60 euros per person/night is charged separately. Children under 15 are exempt from this tax.

Children’s discounts for rooms/suites apply when two full-paying adults stay in the same room/suite. Please refer to our current price list for detailed children’s rates.

If you choose bed and breakfast only, 15.00 euros per person/day will be deducted from the listed rate.

Your room is available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you arrive after 7 p.m., please let us know in advance. The gourmet board plus starts on the day of arrival with the Adler late lunch.

On the day of arrival, we ask you to vacate your room by 11 a.m. at the latest. The gourmet board plus ends on the day of departure with the indulgent breakfast. Please note that in the event of early departure or late arrival, the entire booking period will be charged.

Subject to availability, you’re welcome to stay in your room or suite until 5:00 p.m. You’re welcome to use the entire wellness area until 5:00 p.m. and enjoy the Gourmet Board Plus package—including the Adler Late Lunch and the Adler Inns Sweet Temptation—until 4:30 p.m. A fee of 55.00 € per person applies. Please ask at the front desk for more details.

We’re open daily from 7.30 a.m. to 10 p.m.

From the Comfort Double Room GLACIER category upwards, an underground parking space with direct hotel access is included.

Underground parking special: You can reserve a space (one per room) in our garage for just 5.00 euros per day.

We charge 30.00 euros per dog and day (excluding food). Please note: Dogs are not allowed in the restaurants or wellness area.

If you’re redeeming a gift voucher, please present it at reception upon arrival.

We cannot accept liability for items left behind. However, we’re happy to return them upon request, with shipping costs covered by the guest.

We’re happy to tailor our menu to suit your dietary needs. Please inform us of any allergies or intolerances before your arrival, as our kitchen team requires a minimum of two days’ notice. Hypoallergenic pillows and duvets are also available upon request.

From a warm welcome to hiking assistance, mail service, wake-up calls, newspaper preferences, copying, faxing, travel bookings, and excursion planning – we’re here for you every step of the way.

As a sporty hotel in the upscale segment, we look forward to welcoming you to our evening gourmet dinner in smart casual attire – shorts and flip-flops are not appropriate for dinner.

At Adler Inn, we do our best to accommodate your wishes. However, we cannot guarantee a specific room or floor. The same applies to table preferences in the restaurant.

Depending on the room category, a minibar may be available in your room or suite. We’re happy to stock it upon request (additional charges apply).

Please note that all rooms and suites at Adler Inn are non-smoking. Ashtrays are provided on the balconies/loggias.

Lock your valuables in the safe in your room/suite. The instructions can be found in the safe. The hotel assumes no responsibility in the event of negligent use.

Gift vouchers are valid for use by the named person only and are non-transferable.

If you’re unable to attend your spa appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the full treatment rate will be charged.
