Anni’s natural oils – handmade at Adler Inn
Anni still makes many things herself – and not only the bread served at breakfast. She also creates her own natural oils using selected plants and herbs from the Tyrolean mountains, prepared with knowledge, patience and great attention to detail.
The different oils complement selected massages and treatments in our Mountain Spa. A little piece of nature from our home in the mountains, carrying Anni’s very personal touch.
Fitness 250 m² fitness area with mountain views
Staying active can be part of your holiday too. Our 250 m² fitness area features modern Technogym equipment and views of the Tyrolean mountains. A dedicated functional training area gives you additional space for your individual workout, while selected classes offer the opportunity to get active together.
Sometimes, doing nothing is everything
Find your favourite spot, close your eyes and simply let go for a while. Our comfortable loungers and cosy relaxation niches give you space to switch off, surrounded by soft lighting, gentle sounds and plenty of peace.

Our Mountain Spa features the Adler INNdoor Pool for relaxed swimming as well as our 36 °C outdoor saltwater whirlpool with 4% salt and soothing massage jets.
Which saunas are available at Adler Inn?
Our sauna area includes the Hot Glacier Finnish panorama sauna at 90 °C, the Just Bio & Herbs organic herbal sauna at 55 °C, the Dress on Glacier Swiss pine sauna at 50 °C, where swimwear is worn, and a herbal steam bath at 45 °C.
Which special sauna infusion is particularly popular with guests at Adler Inn?
Our Franzbranntwein sauna infusion is a particular guest favourite. Anni Stock makes the concentrated oils for our sauna infusions herself, and a total of six sauna infusions take place at Adler Inn each week. After an active day in the mountains, guests especially enjoy the soothing warmth and pleasantly invigorating feeling of this special infusion.
What fitness and exercise classes are available at Adler Inn?
At Adler Inn, you can stay active away from the mountains too. Depending on the weekly programme, our indoor exercise classes include Zumba and STRONG by Zumba, legs, bums & tums workouts, circuit training, stretching and back exercises.
During selected periods, the programme also includes Five Tibetan Rites, relaxation workouts and yoga. You can find the classes available during your stay in our current weekly programme.
When does Spa Night take place at Adler Inn?
Our Spa Night takes place every Tuesday and Thursday from 9.00 pm to 11.00 pm. On these two evenings, the entire wellness area remains open until 11.00 pm, giving you extra time to enjoy the pool, sauna area and relaxation rooms and end your day in the mountains at your own pace.
Are children allowed in the nude sauna area?
Our nude sauna area is reserved for guests aged 14 and over. Families with younger children can enjoy the Adler INNdoor Pool, our 36 °C outdoor saltwater whirlpool and the Dress on Glacier Sauna in the pool area together. Swimwear is worn in this sauna.
Can I book massages at Adler Inn?
Yes. Adler Inn offers a selection of massages and treatments. Selected treatments are complemented by Anni’s handmade natural oils. We recommend booking your preferred treatment in advance.
Can I still use the wellness area on my departure day?
Yes. Even after the regular check-out, you can continue to use our wellness area free of charge until 5.00 pm on your departure day if you do not require a room or Late Lunch.
If you would like to keep your room until 5.00 pm and also enjoy our Late Lunch in the afternoon, you can book a Late Check-out for €55 per person, subject to availability.
