Traveling by Car – Flexible Travel to Hintertux
The drive through the Zillertal valley is an experience in itself – lush green meadows in summer, sparkling snowy landscapes in winter. Simply follow the Inntal motorway (A12) to the Zillertal exit, then continue on the B169 towards Mayrhofen. From there, the well-developed Tuxer road (L6) leads you directly to Hintertux. After around 50 kilometres from the motorway exit, you’ll arrive at Adler Inn – Tyrol Mountain Resort.
Tip: If you prefer a toll-free journey, you can opt for the Achensee route or follow the road from Kiefersfelden via Wörgl, Rattenberg, and into the Zillertal valley.
Travel by Train—A Relaxing Trip to the Zillertal
Sit back, relax, and enjoy the journey – travelling by train is a comfortable and eco-friendly way to reach the Zillertal valley. Thanks to attractive rail ticket offers, your journey couldn’t be easier. With the DB Sparpreis Europa Ticket or the ÖBB Sparschiene tickets, you can travel conveniently to Tyrol. Depending on the train service, attractive family and children's fares are also available.
Your destination: Jenbach railway station – from there, you can take the Zillertal train or a bus to Mayrhofen.

- From Mayrhofen: by bus or taxi in approx. 30 minutes to the hotel
- Adler Inn shuttle: We’ll be happy to pick you up directly at the station and take you to Adler Inn. Please let us know your arrival time at least 2 days in advance so that we can organise the transfer for you.
- Alternatively, we’ll be delighted to offer you an individual transfer – just inform us ahead of time.
