Soothing warmth, invigorating infusions and plenty of time to unwind afterwards. Our sauna world in Hintertux offers a variety of sauna and heat experiences – from the 90 °C Finnish panorama sauna to the gentle bio-herbal sauna and our dress-on sauna for guests who prefer to keep their swimwear on.
The sauna world is part of our more than 2,000 m² Mountain Spa, combining soothing warmth, tranquillity and a genuine mountain feeling with special Adler Inn moments.

After the warmth comes the quiet. Our relaxation areas offer plenty of inviting places to switch off and find the kind of rest that feels just right for you.
Float gently on waterbeds in Water Relax, enjoy soothing warmth and comfort in our Physiotherm cosy nests, or let the gentle swinging loungers in the Happy Swing Wing calm even the busiest mind. And in Mountain View, all that is left to do is lean back, look outside and enjoy the Zillertal mountains.

Sauna infusions in the Hot Glacier
Infusion time is Adler Inn time. Three times a week, our 90 °C Hot Glacier panorama sauna becomes the setting for a special sauna experience. Our guided infusions combine intense heat, selected aromas and the traditional towel techniques of our sauna master.
One of our signature Adler Inn rituals is the Franzbranntwein infusion, an invigorating and refreshing experience that feels especially good after an active day in the mountains.
Afterwards, cool down, take a deep breath and simply enjoy the moment.
Spa Bistro – a little energy boost in between
A little refreshment is always welcome between sauna sessions, relaxation and a swim. At our Spa Bistro, you can simply help yourself throughout your wellness time. Enjoy a selection of premium Ronnefeldt teas, fresh juices and our homemade infused energy waters with fresh herbs. Fresh fruit and a selection of nuts and dried fruit provide an easy little energy boost in between.
And because “home made” is part of the Adler Inn even in the spa, Anni personally dries her own selection of energising fruits and vegetables – natural, crisp and made with plenty of care. Recharge a little, then simply carry on relaxing.

You don't need to pack much for your time out in our Mountain Spa – we have already prepared the essentials for you at the Adler Inn.

Which saunas are available at the Adler Inn?
Our sauna world is part of our more than 2,000 m² Mountain Spa. It includes the 90 °C Hot Glacier panorama sauna, the 55 °C Just Bio & Herbs bio-herbal sauna, the 50 °C Dress on Glacier, the 45 °C Steam Bath and our Waterfall water experience with private showers.
Can I use a sauna wearing swimwear?
Yes. Our 50 °C Dress on Glacier is the ideal choice for guests who prefer to enjoy their sauna experience in swimwear.
Are there guided sauna infusions at the Adler Inn?
Yes. Guided sauna infusions take place three times a week in our 90 °C Hot Glacier panorama sauna. One special Adler Inn experience is our invigorating Franzbranntwein infusion.
What is the Adler Inn Spa Night?
Our Spa Night takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays, when you can enjoy the Mountain Spa until 11 pm. From 9 pm, the indoor pool, 36 °C outdoor saltwater whirlpool, relaxation areas and Hot Glacier panorama sauna create a particularly peaceful evening atmosphere. Spa Night is reserved for adults.
Are bathrobes, slippers and sauna towels provided?
Yes. We provide bathrobes, slippers and sauna towels for your spa time at the Adler Inn. Your Adler Inn wellness bag will also be waiting for you.
Are drinks and small snacks available in the spa area?
Yes. Our Spa Bistro offers premium Ronnefeldt teas, fresh juices, homemade infused energy waters with fresh herbs, fresh fruit and a selection of nuts and dried fruit. You can also enjoy Anni's homemade dried fruits and vegetables for a little energy boost between spa sessions.
Can children use the sauna area?
Yes. Children are welcome to use our Dress on Glacier sauna in swimwear, the Adler INNdoor Pool and the 36 °C outdoor saltwater whirlpool. The textile-free sauna area is open to guests aged 14 and over.
