For us, good food has names behind it. Anni, who starts early in the morning milling grain and baking her own bread. Our kitchen team, combining Tyrolean roots with fresh ideas. And our service team, who not only know what is being served, but over time also discover what you particularly enjoy.
For us, gourmet dining does not have to feel formal. It can taste of Tyrol, surprise you, be homemade and, above all, bring joy.
We love ingredients whose origins we know. We prefer making many things ourselves rather than buying them ready-made. And we combine the cuisine of our home region with new ideas without losing sight of what really matters: quality ingredients, genuine craftsmanship and people who truly enjoy being hosts.

A day of culinary delights at the Adler Inn
Anni's homemade bread in the morning, a little something after your mountain adventures in the afternoon and five courses from our kitchen in the evening. With our Gourmet Board Plus, culinary enjoyment accompanies you from breakfast through to the end of a wonderful day.
- 7.30–10.30 am · Anni's breakfast
- 2.00–4.30 pm · Adler Late Lunch & sweet treats
- 6.15–8.00 pm · 5-course gourmet dinner
And in between, there is plenty of time for the mountains, the spa and looking forward to whatever will be served next.
Good morning, Anni is already here
While a new day is slowly beginning at the Adler Inn, Anni has been up for quite a while. The aroma of freshly baked bread fills the air, the first egg dishes are being prepared, and homemade jams, regional specialities and little daily surprises are waiting at the breakfast table.
Anni prepares much of it herself, from freshly milling the grain for her bread to gathering and drying herbs for our teas.
This is what mornings taste like at the Adler Inn – personal, homemade and unmistakably Anni.

Perhaps you already have a few mountain kilometres behind you. Maybe you have just come from the Mountain Spa. Or perhaps today you simply decided that doing nothing is also part of a holiday.
In the afternoon, our Adler Late Lunch with soup and crisp salads is waiting for you. And because every holiday deserves a sweet side too, there are also delicious treats from our in-house patisserie.
Sit down, enjoy and, for a little while, have nowhere else you need to be.
When the evening deserves to last a little longer – our Franzi Bar
Some evenings are simply too good to end just yet. After dinner, enjoy another drink at the bar, share a laugh about the day's adventures or make plans for tomorrow – that's exactly what our Franzi Bar is made for.
In its cosy atmosphere, we serve cocktails, selected wines, fine spirits and, of course, alcohol-free drinks. And sometimes, that's all you need: a good drink, great company and the wonderful feeling of having nowhere else to be.
A favourite place for long conversations, one last moment of indulgence and evenings that are welcome to last a little longer.
