Eating at the Adler Inn is more than just having a meal – it’s an experience. Our team combines traditional Zillertal specialities with modern influences and relies on regional, high-quality ingredients and preparation methods that brings out the best in every product. Dandelion, mountain hay, and Alpine herbs are wonderfully come together beautifully in light, healthy dishes. We never use artificial additives. Instead of flavour enhancers and preservatives, our gourmet hotel in Tyrol uses fresh herbs (some from our own garden), Mediterranean spices, aromatic oils, and carefully selected varieties of vinegar.
