Bread the way it used to be – lovingly handmade! Hostess Anni Stock combines traditional recipes from Tux with creative modern bakes. Whether gluten-free, low carb, or rustic and hearty – at our sustainable hotel in Austria, only home-made bread graces the table. And best of all: You can uncover Anni’s secret recipes in a hands-on bread-baking workshop.

Our organic flour from Upper Austria is ground right here at the Adler Inn using our very own grain mill. From bread to pasta – we produce as much as we can directly in the resort to guarantee top quality.

Six varieties of home-made jams and savoury spreads from Anni’s nature kitchen – made with local fruit and absolutely no artificial nonsense.

Our kitchen herbs grow in our own garden. Looking for something even wilder? Our herb expert, Anni Stock, forages wild herbs in pristine Alpine areas and turns them into unique specialities. Join her on a herb walk and discover the power of nature.

Every leaf, blossom, fruit, and berry in our signature tea blends is hand-picked and prepared by Anni Stock herself, straight from the local forest. Simply delicious!

Using the finest ingredients from Tyrol and across Austria, Anni Stock creates exquisite vinegars, oils, and salts – delivering pure flavour with no artificial additives.

For us, sustainability also means buying consciously. We work with local partners who share our values.

Dairy products from the Erlebnissennerei Zillertal – made with hay milk from mountain farms in harmony with nature.
