At the Adler Inn, good food is simply part of your holiday. Our Gourmet Plus Board accompanies you throughout the day – from breakfast in the morning and our Adler Late Lunch in the afternoon to a 5-course gourmet dinner in the evening.
We combine high-quality regional ingredients with Tyrolean roots, fresh ideas and many specialities made right here at the Adler Inn.

Home made at the Adler Inn – because homemade simply tastes different
For Anni, good food often begins out in nature. On her walks around Hintertux, she discovers and gathers herbs, knows their aromas and understands how to use them later in the kitchen. And sometimes, she simply takes our guests along, sharing her knowledge and her enthusiasm for the little treasures growing along the way.
Back at the Adler Inn, the homemade story continues. Anni bakes bread using freshly milled grain, makes jams and pasta, dries herbs and turns them into her own specialities. Her herb salt, natural oils and homemade ice cream also bear her personal signature.
You will discover many of these homemade touches again later – at breakfast, in our cuisine or as a special little detail on your plate.
For us, home made is not a trend. It is part of Anni, part of our cuisine and simply part of the Adler Inn.
Is the Gourmet Plus Board included in the room rate?
Yes. Our Gourmet Plus Board is already included in the regular room rate at the Adler Inn. It includes Anni's breakfast in the morning, our Adler Late Lunch in the afternoon and a 5-course gourmet dinner in the evening.
Is it worth booking the Gourmet Plus Board or should I choose breakfast only?
The Gourmet Plus Board is definitely the better choice if you would also like to enjoy our culinary offering after breakfast. If you book breakfast only, just € 15 per person per day is deducted from the regular room rate.
Adding the Late Lunch or dinner separately during your stay costs considerably more. This makes our Gourmet Plus Board not only the more enjoyable option, but also the better-value choice.
Our tip: book the Gourmet Plus Board from the start and enjoy your holiday from breakfast through to dinner.
Do you cater for allergies and food intolerances?
Yes. We are happy to take allergies and food intolerances into consideration. Please let us know about your individual requirements before you arrive whenever possible, so that our kitchen team can prepare accordingly.
Do you offer vegetarian and vegan dishes?
Vegetarian dishes are a regular part of our cuisine. We are also happy to prepare vegan dishes with advance notice. Ideally, let us know before you arrive so that our kitchen team can prepare accordingly.
Are drinks included in the Gourmet Plus Board?
At breakfast, coffee, tea and juices are included. Drinks served with our Adler Late Lunch and 5-course gourmet dinner can be selected according to your personal taste and are charged separately.
Whether you prefer a glass of wine, a special drink or an alcohol-free accompaniment to your meal, the choice is yours.
Do you offer a children's menu?
Yes. Our younger guests can choose from their own children's menu featuring popular kids' favourites. Depending on the season and occupancy, we also offer a special children's buffet.
Can I buy Anni's homemade specialities?
Yes. The Adler Inn has its own small shop with a selection of Anni's homemade specialities. The products available vary depending on the season.

Is there a bar at the Adler Inn?
Yes. Our Franzi Bar, named after our senior host Franz, is a cosy meeting place for a drink after dinner, an evening for two or a few sociable hours in good company.
Our menu includes cocktails and alcohol-free drinks, and our philosophy of regional and homemade products continues at the bar too. We make our own syrups and use selected regional spirits.
