Booking and reservations

Deposit
Once you have booked, we kindly ask you to transfer the agreed deposit to our Sparkasse Schwaz account, IBAN: AT32 2051 0005 0050 0327, BIC: SPSCAT22XXX or to simply provide us with your credit card number and expiry date.
Booking Use our reservation hotline on +43 5287 8500 777 or book ONLINE. We are here to help you. Please note that your booking is binding once the booking order and our confirmation are in writing. Once the deposit has been paid, your reservation is confirmed.

Cancellation & Travel Insurance


WINTER (15.10 to 01.05)
Room cancellations are only valid in writing, a vacation postponement is considered the same as a cancellation.

  • Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date.
  • From 30 days to 7 days before the arrival day 90% of the arrangement price will be charged.
  • From 7 days, no-show as well as early departure will be charged 100% of the arrangement price.


SUMMER (01.05 to 15.10)
Room cancellations are only valid in written form, a vacation postponement is treated as a cancellation.

  • Cancellation is free of charge up to 14 days before the arrival date.
  • From 14 days to 7 days before the arrival day 90% of the arrangement price will be charged.
  • From 7 days, no-show and early departure will be charged 100% of the arrangement price.

The deposit paid will be offset against cancellation fees. With the exception of the cancellation regulations, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply at the Adler Inn.

Our tip: Enjoy a carefree holiday. For your own safety, we recommend travel insurance.

Terms of payment
We accepts euros, debit cards, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard and Diners Club credit cards. When paying by credit card, credit card fees will be charged for cash expenditure and third-party services (e.g.: ski passes, ski school, etc.).

Place of jurisdiction
Zell am Ziller. The information and terms contained on this page apply in addition to the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions as agreed.


Prices

Prices
The prices listed are per person per day, or rates per person per stay. Prices include all included services and taxes for the season.

Information and modifications
The information in this price list is up-to-date and replaces all previous publications. Programmes and services can be modified due to the weather/time of year or cancelled without replacement. Prices, exchange rates date changes, mistakes and printing errors are reserved.

Single supplement
Outside of peak season, our rooms and suites can also be booked as single rooms with a single supplement. The single supplement is generally 50 % of the normal price.

Visitor’s tax
The visitor’s tax of EUR 1.80 per person per night is charged separately. Children under 15 years old are exempt from the visitor’s tax.

Children’s rates
Discounts are valid for children staying in the same room/suites as two adults paying full price. Please refer to the children’s rates in our current price list.

Overnight accommodation and breakfast
For an overnight stay with breakfast, EUR 15,– per person per day is deducted from the list price.


Arrival and Departure

Check-in
Your room will be available from 14.00 on the day of arrival. Please send us a short message to notify us of arrivals after 19.00. The GOURMET PACKAGE PLUS begins on the day of arrival with the Adler Late Lunch.

Check-out
On your day of departure, we ask you to leave your room by 11.00 am at the latest. The GOURMET PACKAGE PLUS ends on the day of departure with the gourmet breakfast. Please note that in the event of early departure or late arrival, the entire booking fee will be charged.

Late check-out
Depending on availability, you can stay in your room/suite until 17.00. You are welcome to use the entire spa until 17.00 and to enjoy the GOURMET PACKAGE PLUS with Adler Late Lunch and Adler Inn’s Sweet Temptation, our bottomless coffee and tea, and our juice bar until 17.00. There is a charge of EUR 55 per person. Please ask at reception for more details

Arrival

Reception opening hours:

  • We are available for you every day from 07.30 - 22.00.

Parking
The underground car park with direct access to the hotel is included for bookings in the category Comfort Double Room GLACIER and above.
Underground car park special – our tip! An underground parking space can be rented for just EUR 5,– per day per room.


General

Dogs
We charge a rate of EUR 30,– per day for small or large dogs (food not included). Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurants or spa.

Gift vouchers
Please hand in your voucher at reception upon arrival.

Lost property
We assume no liability for items left behind. We return these on request and at your own expense.


Restaurant

Allergies and intolerances
We are happy to adjust our menu to your requirements. Please inform us of your allergies and intolerances before arrival, as we require two days notice. We also have cushions and blankets available for allergy sufferers.

Attentive and loving service
During your entire stay, you will receive first-class service from the Stock family and the Adler Inn team, from the welcome greeting to the hiking service, post service, wake-up call, newspapers, as well as copying, faxing, ticket reservations and the organisation of excursions.

Dress code
We are a sporty hotel in the high-end hotel sector and expect a casual, sporty look in the evenings for our gourmet dinners, no shorts or flip flops.


Rooms & Suites

Room reservations
At Adler Inn, we always endeavour to satisfy your needs. Unfortunately it is not possible for us to confirm specific rooms or floors. This also applies to table requests in our restaurant.

Minibar
Depending on the booked room category, there is a minibar in your room/suite, which we will be happy to fill at your request. (Excl.)

Non-smoking rooms
Please note that all rooms & suites at Adler Inn are non-smoking rooms. Ashtrays are available on the balconies.

Safe
Please lock your valuables away in the safe in your room/suite. Instructions can be found in the safe. We assume no liability for negligent behaviour.


SPA

Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are redeemable per person and are not transferable to other people.

Cancellations
If your cannot use your SPA appointment, we ask you to cancel it at least 24 hrs in advance, otherwise the full price will be charged.
