Curtain up on a world full of magic!
Hintertux has a lot to offer. Glaciers, hiking trails, mountain panoramas. But once a year, it also offers magic.
There are evenings in the Tux valley when the mountains fall silent and the people talk. About what they’ve just seen. About the moment the card vanished. When the child next to them laughed so loudly that the whole hall joined in. It’s precisely evenings like these that the Hintertux Magic Days are made for – and in 2026, the event will take place once again at Adler Inn from 8 to 12 July.
Three exceptional artists, one valley
Behind the Magic Days are not amateur illusionists, but true favourites of the German-speaking magic scene:
- Roberto Giobbi, author of over 50 books in six languages and known worldwide for his seminal work on card magic.
- Pit Hartling, Vice-World Champion of Magic, who has performed in over 50 countries and has been hailed by the “Süddeutsche Zeitung” newspaper as the most witty magician of his generation.
- Kalibo, comedy magician, cruise ship entertainer and one of the most entertaining practitioners of his craft in Germany.
All three are coming to Hintertux. To Adler Inn.
What to expect
Workshops where you can take a peek behind the scenes of the art of magic. Evening magic shows that will leave even the most sceptical audience member pondering. And a JEKAMI evening, where everyone can show off their best trick. What makes the Magic Days special: the artists aren’t just on stage in the evenings, but are present all day long – at breakfast, on hikes, and during evening chats. It’s this closeness that turns an event into a real experience.
Anni Stock takes care of the rest
If all that wonder leaves you hungry, Anni Stock has the best spot for you. Homemade specialities, regional ingredients, dishes with character: her cuisine needs no tricks; it speaks for itself. And for those who can’t sleep after the final curtain, the terrace of Adler Inn offers the most peaceful end to the evening: the Tux valley, dark and still, whilst your mind is still trying to process what you’ve just seen.
