Up here, at 1,400 metres above sea level, you can feel it especially strongly. The air smells different – fresher, more vibrant. The sun is already strong, warming your face. And suddenly there’s that moment: your children run with rosy cheeks and discover a colourful Easter egg between blooming crocuses and the last patches of snow. You take a deep, satisfied breath. On Easter Sunday, we treat you to festive delights. Anni and her team conjure up Tyrolean cuisine – with fresh ingredients, a lot of love, and that certain something that makes a meal an experience. The children get their own menu, and if they’d rather tuck into pancakes instead of lamb? No problem.
