“O’zapft is!” Let the Fest begin!

Dirndl, brass bands, and tasty regional specialities: Experience Tyrolean tradition at the Hintertux Oktoberfest. Three days of partying and amazement followed by relaxation at the Adler Inn Tyrol Mountain Resort.

When autumn shows its golden side in Hintertux, the motto is: Dirndl out, lederhosen on – because the Hintertux Oktoberfest is just around the corner. For three days, Hintertux is the place to party, dance, laugh, and enjoy culinary delights. The mountains glow in their autumn colours, the cows return from the Bichlalm pasture to the valley in their festive finery, and the village square is transformed into a fairground.

It all begins on Friday evening, 26 September 2025, with traditional brass band music and a party atmosphere. The traditional band Bundesmusikkapelle Tux opens the festival. Afterwards, DJ Realize and DJ Mox will let you dance the night away in the party tent and gin & wine tent. The highlight follows on Saturday: the big cattle drive. When the cows parade through the valley decorated with bells, wreaths, and flowers, visitors can’t help but pull out their cameras. There’s also a traditional farmers’ market, the finest crafts, regional delicacies, and once again plenty of music, from traditional to Alpine-modern. The party continues in the evening: The party band BÄÄM gets the party tent rocking, keeping the vibes high until late in the night.

Best of all: The Adler Inn Tyrol Mountain Resort is only a few minutes’ drive from the festival site, ideal for unwinding in a relaxed atmosphere after a fun-filled day.
